Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Please ensure that all booking details, including session time and duration, are accurate at the time of reservation. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy - To cancel or reschedule a session, clients must notify us **at least 48 hours before** the scheduled session. - Cancellations made within this period will be eligible for a refund, minus a **15% transaction fee**. - If cancellation notice is provided less than 48 hours before the session, clients will be **ineligible for a refund**. 3. Studio Capacity A maximum of 4 people are allowed in the studio at all times during a session. This includes artists, engineers, and any other personnel. 4. Damage Liability The client is fully responsible for any damages to studio equipment or property caused during their session. By booking a session, you agree to these terms and accept full liability for any repairs or replacement costs as determined by the studio. 5. General Conduct Clients and guests are expected to respect the studio space and staff. Any behavior that disrupts the studio environment may result in the immediate termination of the session, without a refund.
